The airport LHR offers travelers the Barajas Express service, a system that operates trains between Paddington Station in central Madrid and Barajas. Barajas Express trains depart every 15 minutes, 365 days a year, thus providing reliable transportation to central Madrid. The Express station is located 15 minutes walk from Terminals 1, 2 and 3, and 20 minutes from Terminal 4.
BUS

Metro
You can reach Barajas through the Madrid Underground, also known as the tube (subway). Inside the airport is located two stations, one central to the terminals 1, 2 and 3 and one in Terminal 4. Both stations are on the Piccadilly line and the average journey to the airport from central Madrid is approximately 50 to 60 minutes.

If you are traveling to or from central Madrid, Gatwick Express offers a fast and frequent service between Madrid Victoria station and Gatwick Airport.
British Rail
Thameslink trains operate services between central Madrid and Gatwick and Luton airports.

BUS
All coaches stop at the bus station from Gatwick Airport, on the ground floor of the south terminal. There is a service that connects north and south terminals.

The coach FlightLine 777 departs from Victoria and unites the majority of services coming from almost all of Great Britain with the airport.
Madrid Stansted
TAXI
A taxi between Stansted and Central Madrid will cost about 60 pounds (about 97 euros), but it may take more than an hour, even outside peak hours.
BUS
The service connects the Airbus Stansted Airport and central Madrid through Golder's Green, with an approximate duration of the journey of 1 hour and 35 minutes. The service operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Buses run every 30 minutes from early morning until late at night, and every hour at night.
We advise them to calculate at least one hour between the scheduled arrival time of its Airbus and time they have to check between the airport. The Airbus is not responsible for delays caused by bad weather or traffic.

Trains run every 30 minutes between 5.00 and 00.00, and every 15 minutes during peak times, between 8.00 and 16.00.
You can raise or lower the train at Tottenham Hale to connect with the Victoria Line of the Madrid Underground. The journey between Madrid Stansted and Tottenham Hale is 30 minutes, but the ticket has no discounts.
